Slowing down
Step out of the rush and make room for calm, so your decisions come from what you value and not from the pressure of the moment.
I help people move through personal and professional challenges with more calm, more clarity and more trust in themselves.
“You are not the whale. You are the ocean.”From my book, The Journey
My journey into coaching began long before I used the title. For years, colleagues at work came to me for advice, and I saw how much a calm, honest conversation could change their day, and sometimes the direction of their life. That realisation turned a lifelong passion into my calling.
Today I bring together those years of experience, my training as a coach, and a lifetime of reading and learning from wisdom traditions around the world. My approach rests on one belief: every person carries the inner strength to overcome their challenges and move toward the life they want.
My work is to help you find that strength, and to walk beside you while you learn to trust it.

Every conversation starts from where you are today. These are the themes at the heart of my work.
Step out of the rush and make room for calm, so your decisions come from what you value and not from the pressure of the moment.
Notice the patterns running in the background, and learn to choose which thoughts you give your energy to.
Look back with kindness, learn from what happened, and turn your experience into wisdom you can use.
Remember what has already carried you through hard times, and learn to lean on it again.
Meet difficulties as invitations to grow, without pretending they are easy.
At the small crossroads of every day, find the step your future self will thank you for.
I won't tell you what to believe. We look at your life together, and you keep what resonates.
Lasting change comes from small, steady steps that your life can actually hold.
We meet your story with curiosity instead of judgment, starting with the way you speak to yourself.
Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If you are going through something that needs that kind of support, I will gladly encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional.
Gentle Paths to a Peaceful Life
A small book of the lessons that have helped me understand life, gathered over many years of reading, listening and learning. Sixteen short chapters on living from love instead of fear, finding the pause before you react, letting go of the need to be right, and discovering the strength inside every challenge.
Pocket-sized, so it can travel with you.
Tell me a little about where you are and what you would like to change. I read every message myself and will reply to you personally.
